  1. I have followed your postings and feel compelled to express my feelings that you have approached this endeavor in a very well thought out manner.
The feedback that Jessica gave you regarding the interview process was, in my experience, fairly comprehensive. I believe that the PC Recruiters are generally positive and not 'gate keepers.'
Be prepared for lots of waiting periods with little contact from PC. You can find a load of info among the PC Journals. I have been cautioned by the PC Placement Office that the info on PC Wiki is not always accurate.
Good luck going forward with your plans.

  2. Just to add what Lew said, your progress through the application to the invitation will be both the most exciting part of the process and the most frustrating part. Communication from the PC is almost nonexistent and their advice is "be patient". Although they are 100% correct, you will find this very difficult if you are like the rest of us. Very hard to plan your life. Despite the fact that you plan to give up 27 months to others and represent the United States, you can expect to receive only enough communication to keep your feet on the ground while your mind and heart is elsewhere. Stay busy and check your email often!
